Description: Blossom of Peace is a plum sake from Kizakura that sources plums from Aodani, Kyoto's largest plum orchard. The plums soak in their premium sake for 3 months to impart a bit of sweetness, slight tartness, and decadent plum aroma. Notes are... obviously plummy, but also touches of almond, jasmine, and cherry cough syrup (seriously). Great by itself at any temperature, as a cocktail mixer, or splashed into some green tea.
