Description: A partnership between Morroco’s 100 year old Thalvin winery and late Rhone syrah master Alain Graillot. 25 year old organic Syrah vines suck up the heat of the north African sun with a cooling influence coming in the from the Atlantic. Plenty of ripe purple and black fruit show generously with notes of sandlewood, black pepper, balanced acidity and a nice savory edge. A slab of rare red meat wouldn’t suck with this one.
