Description: When Madame Simian had no heirs left, she passed on her estate on to loyal worker Marcelle and the estate has thrived since. In the 90's they steered away from industrial farming and have since embraced biodynamics. This Rolle (French for Vermentino) comes from 20 year old vines, direct pressed and fermented in stainless. Fresh, citrusy, floral, nutty, and a touch savory.
