Description: Yamahai is a classic brewing method of sake that results in a much more savory style and is traditionally meant to be paired with red meat dishes. The Cowboy fits this in spades. Super umami forward, think dried mushroom, soy sauce and hickory smoke. Plenty of body gives it a nice weight on the palate. Skip the Cabernet next steak night and pop a bottle of this instead. Yee haw.
