Description: Pares Balta’s Mediterranean answer to the Bordeaux blend. Dominated by a particularly fresh expression of Merlot with some structure lent from the 2 Cabs, it’s all fermented separately and blended to age in used oak for a good while before release. Really intriguing bottling that straddles the line between generous red and blue fruit, cassis, chocolate and green herbs, with a fresh acidity and tightrope balance between all the elements.
