Description: Being a Penedes producer, Cava is the name of the game, and Balta delivers in spades. Done full traditional (Champagne) method with a full year bottle fermentation before disgorgement. All organic/bio-d estate fruit, fermented in stainless to capture the freshness. Bright apple and pear aromas jump out of tight knit bubbles, splashy lemon zest acidity and a spicy minerality knock this one out of the park for budget bubbles.
