Description: Meinklang is a family run operation out of Burgenland using not just entirely biodynamic practices, but closed loop sustainable agriculture, where virtually everything needed is produced or reused and little is introduced into it. Cows roam the property, herb gardens and grains grow here and there. It is a full ecosystem, not a vineyard. They also make incredibly delicious and affordable wine. Prosa is no exception. Light bubbles, little strawberry, little bit of pink and red flowers. Nice acidity, but plenty of fruit. This should appeal to anyone.
