Description: Baudana is an old school Barolo head who has decided to take his retirement and pass on his vines to the Vajra family. “Dragon” is his refreshing blend of different varietals from their estate vineyards. White fruit, white flowers, orange peel, vibrant acidity, and a flinty mineral edge make this an absolute crowd pleaser.
