Description: Lini 910 is a benchmark producer of Lambrusco in the region, eschewing the mass marketed, sweet and lightly bubbly styles in favor of bold, fruit-forward dry wines with much more persistent bubbles. The Riserva comes from their best parcels and undergoes a long native fermentation in pressurized stainless to preserve the fruit and integrate the bubbles. Loads of wild berries and forest spice with plenty of tiny lingering bubbles. A wine designed for any kind of food.
