Description: Le Facteur is a small, largely one man project in the Loire with a nearly singular focus on dry, quaffable Chenin Blanc. Their extra brut is coming from parcels of ~90 year old vines on clay and limestone in Vouvray. Full traditional method treatment gives it bubbles that go hard with the green apple/pear/quince fruit, ripping acidity and mineral tang. Perfect bottle for the Thanksgiving table.
