Description: Gaspard is the négociant project of renowned natural wine importers Jenny & Francois. Sourcing fruit from growers they work with in the Loire, this is their workhorse pinot. Semi-carbonic maceration preserves the freshness, but make no mistake, there is plenty of dark berry, forest floor and silky tannin. A touch of filtering and sulfur at bottling help preserve it. This is a “natural wine” that will appeal to the most traditional wine drinkers and natty heads alike.
