Description: A purchased-fruit offshoot of biodynamic powerhouse Briailles, Nicolay delivers knockout value Burg that can be found on some of the most prestigious wine lists around. Hailing from vineyards around the warmer southern region of Côté Mâconnais, expressive ripe apple, chalky minerality, chiseled acidity and a trademark reductive nose really make this one stand out. Totally singular wine that I could pick out from across the room from the nose alone.
