Description: Hailing from a single vineyard around the village of Rully in the Côte Chalonnaise just south of the Côte d’Or, this is one of the more opulent wines from Nicolay. 14 months in used oak give the wine plenty of time to come together and present ripe, fragrant stone fruit, baking spice, apple cider, lemon curd, topped off with that hit of reduction you can’t get away from.
