Description: Broqua is a young somm turned winemaker who took over Domaine des Buis in 2018 and turned to converting the vineyards to organics. Fer Servadou is the star of the show in this little known appellation, rounded out with some leafy Cab Franc. Wild berries, forest breeze, and delicate herbs and spices play with a welcome touch of rustic funkiness in this fun bottling.
