Description: For 18 generations this family has farmed and made wines in this northern region of Burgundy near Chablis. Working entirely organically and biodynamically, this is one of the best values I’ve seen in Burg. It sees no new oak and is ripe with apple, pear, white flower, almond, lemon and it’s northern locale preserves the acidity, resulting in a superbly balanced chard.
