Description: Up there with the dorkiest wines we carry. Hailing from Mallorca in the Spanish Balearic Islands, a place more know for bruising examples of international varietals like Merlot and Cab. Cati Ribot found her groove in reviving forgotten native varietals. “Cambuix” is field blend of both red and white varietals, direct pressed and co-fermented. Taut cranberry and watermelon vibes perfectly with soft acidity and saline character and clocks in at a decidedly crushable 11.5% ABV.
