Description: Big value sake in a little package! Bushido is a premium Ginjo (rice is polished down to 60% of its original size) Genshu (undilluted, packs a punch at 18%) sake from Kyoto. It's dry but full of lots of ripe melon and red berry fruit, with white flowers on the nose. Definitely carries some weight on the palate and has a nice spicy finish. Will appeal to sake hounds and newbies alike. Also great format for sneaking into the function.
