Description: Third generation Piedmontese winemakers who have pushed to farming organically in Monforte d’Alba, Barolo and Novello. Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel before aging 9 months in neutral oak to tame down nebbiolo’s famously aggressive tannin. Super well integrated bright red fruit, firm tannin structure and vibrant acidity make this a perfect pairing for a char-grilled steak or spicier food offerings that might overpower more delicate wines.
