Description: Insane value grower Champagne from a small family estate in Montagne de Reims. All their fruit is hailing from 4 different 1er Cru sites that all find their way into this bottle. The grapes are basket pressed and malolactic fermentation is blocked to keep the acidity vibrant. The wine sees 4 years of lees aging and bottled with minimal doseage. The result is everything one could want in Champagne; brioche, green apple, pear, toasted almond, white flower, a fine endless mousse that wraps up with a zingy mineral-packed finish that lingers endlessly. Superb stuff and easily stacks up to bottles twice the price. This wine is simply a no brainer.
