Description: Tissot are some of the earlier adopters of organic and biodynamic vineyard work in the Jura, a region now well known for such practices. Their entry level red here is a blend of Trousseau, Poulsard & Pinot Noir from their estate vineyards, all co-fermented with native yeasts and bottled unfiltered and lightly sulphured. The nose carries a blast of crunchy red fruit and a bit of rustic barnyard. It's light in body but delivers plenty of tight berry fruit, savory herbs and earth, and a silky finish.
