Description: Biodynamic Cava producer Can Suriol also produces the Azimut line of wines made from organic fruit purchased from their neighbors. Leaning into every day, ready to drink styles, the Brisat is no exception. Spending 5 days on the skins before being sent to concrete for 3 month, it’s bottled without any additions or subtractions except a hit of sulphur. Round and tropical with flashes of spice and a mineral finish. Easy wine to get someone into the style.
