Description: Alta Alella is a powerhouse along the Mediterranean coast, farming organically within the Serralada de Marina Natural Park and taking a hands off approach in the cellar. This offering is a still single varietal of one of the grapes that makes it into their Cavas. Big wet sidewalk smell fleshed out with apple, pear and toasted almond notes and a tickling acidity.
