Description: Mostly estate fruit coming from Florian Fauth’s biodynamic vineyards in the Rheinhessen (including one Grand Cru site). A nose full of wet rocks and fresh green apple and citrus on the palate full of bracing acidity that is balanced by the slightest touch of sweetness. A wine that screams for food!
